Engineers Australia is seeking a seasoned Credentials Lead to shape credential policies, standards and frameworks for engineering professionals across national and international contexts. You will drive program endorsement, areas of practice and capability frameworks while collaborating with education providers, industry partners and professional bodies.

The role is full-time with flexibility to consider 0.8 FTE for the right candidate, offering hybrid work, strong governance, risk management

Formación

• Degree-qualified engineer preferred with strong understanding of the Australian engineering profession
• Proven knowledge of engineering qualifications, competency assessment and credentialing requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing policies, guidance, reports and boards papers

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, review and continuous improvement of credential policies, standards and frameworks
• Manage governance and QA for credential products including the Program Endorsement Framework
• Conduct research and industry analysis to ensure credential offerings meet evolving needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capability frameworks, Areas of Practice, learning pathways and new credential opportunities
• Engage with education providers, industry partners and professional bodies to align credentials with workforce needs
• Monitor credential performance, support audits, reporting and risk management, drive product innovation
