The successful candidate will shape credential frameworks, review standards and provide subject matter expertise to support credentialing and professional development offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Degree-qualified engineer with understanding of credentialing frameworks and professional standards.
• Proven knowledge of engineering qualifications, competency assessment and credentialing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing policies, guidance materials, reports and Board papers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across diverse groups.
• Analytical and organised with experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, review and improvement of credential policies, standards and frameworks.
• Governance and QA for credential products including the Program Endorsement Framework.
• Conduct research and industry analysis to align credentials with workforce needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop capability frameworks and pathways.
• Engage with education providers and industry partners to align credentials with competencies.
• Monitor credential performance, support audits and reporting, drive product innovation.
