Pacific Hoseflex Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an Engineering Apprentice (Fitter/Machinist) in Burleigh Heads, Queensland 4220. This entry‑level role offers an immediate start and the chance to earn while you learn through a Certificate III Mechanical Engineering.

You will learn to set up, operate and program CNC lathes and to operate manual lathes and milling machines, with on‑the‑job training and scheduled maintenance.

• Pursue a Certificate III Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to become a qualified engineering tradesperson.
• Commitment to on- and off-the-job training.

The successful candidate will berequired to complete a Certificate III Mechanical Engineering.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Working closely with the QLD Production Team, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Learnhow to setup, operate and program CNC lathes
• Learnhow to setup and operate manual lathes and manual universal milling machines
• Participate in on-the-job training
• Participate in scheduled maintenance

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

• A genuine desire to become a qualifiedengineeringtradesperson
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Self-motivationwith a positive work ethic
• Commitment to on and off the job training
• A willingness to learn and work within a team environment
• Strong commitment to WHS
• Driver licence and a reliable vehicle would be preferred
