Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead in Sydney to own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production. You will structure business cases, define value drivers, and translate client needs into AI solutions while guiding cross-functional teams and engaging with executive stakeholders.

After four years in consulting, you know how to run a complex engagement. Business cases, senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, delivery under pressure. You are good at it.

This role changes that.

As an Engagement Lead at FSAI, you own the full lifecycle. Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, and production deployment. You lead the team that builds. You are accountable for the outcome, not just the analysis.

What You Will Do

Working directly with enterprise clients, you will structure business cases and value drivers tied to strategic outcomes, translate client needs into scoped AI solutions, design AI Co-Worker logic and deployment roadmaps.. You will represent FSAI at executive and steering committee level throughout.

What You Will Bring

• Senior engagement or delivery leadership experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Senior Manager, Principal, or Engagement Manager level)
• The ability to move from strategic ambiguity to executable plan
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams and operating at C‑suite level
• A strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes over recommendations
• Experience from within complex financial sector clients is highly valued

Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is valued. Hands‑on technical development is not required.
