Job summary

6Points is seeking an Engagement Advisor for a major transport infrastructure project across South East Queensland, focusing on managing day-to-day engagement with affected people and supporting delivery teams to reduce community impacts.

The role requires a degree in communications or related discipline, 4+ years' stakeholder engagement experience on infrastructure projects, and strong face-to-face engagement. Australian experience is required; relocation packages offered.

Responsibilities

• Identify affected stakeholders and prepare engagement plans for disruptive works, possessions and night activities.
• Deliver briefings, meetings, door knocks, notifications and follow-up for residents and businesses.
• Record enquiries, complaints, commitments and resolutions in the stakeholder system.
• Represent stakeholder requirements in planning meetings and escalate risks.
• Support incident, outage and changed-condition communications.

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking an Engagement Advisor to manage day-to-day engagement with people affected by the works and help delivery teams reduce community impacts.

Key Responsibilities
