As the Enforcement Processing Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the effective delivery of enforcement activities across Community Compliance and the City Inspectorate Branch.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of infringement information, conducting vehicle registration searches, maintaining records and databases, supporting compliance and audit activities, and assisting with reporting and performance monitoring.
Working in a high-volume environment, you will need to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also work with sensitive and confidential information and are expected to maintain a strong commitment to information security and legislative compliance.
