Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based environments.
• Energy and Natural Resources knowledge, breadth across or depth within one practice area is preferred.
• Track record of leading teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Be a self-starter and an independent thinker who works well within a team.
• Clear communicator with open and respectful interaction.
• Willingness to travel and business-fluent English.
