Job summary

Gotion in Melbourne seeks an on-site engineer to manage infrastructure exploration prior to shipment and supervise lifting/wiring of battery compartments on arrival. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and inspect daily system operations within energy storage projects.

You will coordinate with owners and suppliers, organize after-sales solutions, and report progress weekly while compiling monthly technical reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical/mechanical systems in energy storage or similar projects.
• Ability to diagnose system faults and perform repairs.
• On-site inspection and safety practices for battery compartments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for infrastructure exploration at the project site before shipment of the energy storage project battery compartment.
• Inspect lifting and wiring of the battery compartment upon arrival.
• Perform daily system operation and maintenance tasks including fault diagnosis, repair, and inspection.
• Organize after-sales technical solutions, report weekly progress, coordinate with suppliers to resolve on-site issues and manage technical documents monthly.
