Job summary

Endeavour Energy is seeking a Project Scheduler to strengthen how projects and programs are planned, monitored and delivered across the organisation in NSW. You will develop and maintain detailed, enterprise schedules covering milestones, dependencies and resources, ensuring a portfolio-wide view of delivery performance.

You will work with project managers to identify risks, test assumptions and provide insights that support better resource and delivery decisions, while coaching teams in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• A tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or management is preferred.
• Strong scheduling, planning and organisational capability.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed schedules with dependencies and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling templates, standards and guidelines.
• Create and manage integrated project and program schedules with logic, dependencies and milestones.
• Maintain the Master Schedule and provide portfolio visibility and critical path impact.
• Assess schedule impacts from resource constraints, scope changes and extensions of time.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules to support demand forecasting and ERP.
• Analyse schedule performance and risks for governance forums and teams.
• Prepare expenditure, resource and delivery reports for governance forums.
• Coach project managers in scheduling practices and tools.
• Improve scheduling maturity across the project community.
