Job summary

Endeavour Energy is seeking a Project Cost Controller to safeguard the financial integrity of our capital portfolio. You will consolidate data, validate investment cases, and ensure CAPEX/OPEX classification while working closely with project managers and leadership.

Ideal candidates bring CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent, 4+ years in financial control or FP&A, and strong SAP/Copperleaf/OneStream experience. A team-first mindset and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical capability with collaborative approach.
• Ability to challenge forecasts and hold stakeholders to account respectfully.
• Experience with capital-intensive project accounting and EVM/WIP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial data across projects to provide monthly portfolio views of actuals, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial assurance at governance gates and validate cost estimates before funding.
• Ensure CAPEX/OPEX classification aligns with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review forecasts, investigate variances and support corrective actions to manage financial risk.
• Coordinate funding releases and track expenditure against approved cost codes.
• Collaborate with benefit realisation leads to validate identified benefits.
