Job summary

AusNet is seeking a Training Specialist to establish and maintain a structured, auditable training and competency program across Electricity Distribution Control, Gas Control, and Gas and Electricity Dispatch. Based in Melbourne with hybrid working, you’ll report to the Manager, Operations Performance.

• Strong planning and organisational skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing training frameworks, learning plans and competency paths.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational training frameworks, competency pathways and role-based learning plans.
• Coordinate training delivery, controller authorisations and reauthorisations across Control & Operations.
• Partner with operational leaders to uplift training content and address capability gaps.
• Maintain accurate training records and report on progress, priorities, risks and workforce readiness.
