Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in market risk, treasury or related analytical roles.
• Understanding of risk governance and control environments.
• Strong quantitative skills with statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and risk concepts.
• Attention to data quality and documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and challenge constructively.
• Advanced Excel and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or Python is advantageous.
• tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, maths or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and analysis of risk exposures.
• Monitor trading, treasury, and commercial activities; identify risks.
• Support policy breach investigations and remediation tracking.
• Develop and enhance market and treasury risk frameworks.
• Develop risk metrics, valuation tools, stress testing.
• Prepare risk analysis for governance forums.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive data quality improvements.
