Job summary

Synergy in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape technology strategy and drive the company’s architecture roadmap. Based at Central Park, you will partner with business and technology groups to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and regulatory obligations.

You will lead architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and policy development, leveraging deep experience in IT, OT environments, and government trading entities to guide enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with a background in enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to liaise between technology and business stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and sustaining an Enterprise Architecture Practice.
• Significant exposure to Operational Technology environments and government trading entities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technology strategy and architecture alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks (business, information, application, technology).
• Create long-term capability roadmaps and reference architectures to enable innovation and priorities.
• Provide guidance to executives on architecture, SOCI compliance requirements and regulatory obligations.
