About the Role

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable Energy Efficiency Consultant to join their team serving the Queenstown area. In this role, you will conduct energy audits for commercial and industrial clients, identify opportunities for energy savings, and develop strategic recommendations for implementation. You will play a key part in helping businesses reduce their energy consumption, costs, and environmental impact. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site client assessments with remote analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive energy audits for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
• Analyze energy consumption data and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Develop detailed reports with actionable recommendations for energy-saving measures, including cost-benefit analyses.
• Advise clients on energy-efficient technologies , operational changes, and potential government incentives.
• Assist clients in the implementation and monitoring of energy efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical), Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy management or energy efficiency consulting.
• Knowledge of building systems, industrial processes, and various energy-saving technologies.
• Experience with energy audit tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and client-facing communication skills.
