Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking Hosts for Yakimono, our vibrant Japanese dining venue in Melbourne’s CBD. You will deliver exceptional service to guests, coordinate and communicate multiple elements of the floor, and bring a charismatic approach to your work.

Experience as a Host in a vibrant, high-volume restaurant.
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding time management.
Experience with OpenTable favourable.
Full availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate multiple elements within the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
Provide guest-centric service and maintain energy during busy periods.
