Penny's Hotel Potts Point is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. You will work under a Head Chef in a fast-paced, friendly environment, contributing to modern, high-quality dishes across cuisines.

We require 2–3 years in a professional kitchen, the ability to rotate across Mon–Sun, and a commitment to food hygiene, grooming, and customer service. Expect around 38 hours weekly in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
• Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high-quality food throughout service
• Take pride in food presentation and top quality
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Food hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
• Availability for rotating roster Mon-Sun
• Job will require ~38 hrs per week
