Job summary

Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital in Hobart is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy for a permanent full-time role. You will provide clinical leadership to the Endoscopy team, overseeing service strategy, operational planning and budget management, while supporting staff development and performance management.

Applicants should have five years of relevant clinical experience, with Endoscopy exposure preferred and demonstrated progress toward postgraduate study.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ relevant clinical experience.
• Previous Endoscopy experience desirable.
• Previous clinical management or leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Endoscopy team.
• Lead service strategy, operational planning and budget management.
• Support, develop and performance-manage staff to promote a high-performing team environment.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
