Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an organised Administrator to join the North West Endoscopy Academy on a 10-month fixed-term contract or secondment, supporting the Project Manager and coordinating endoscopy training courses and events.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, working with the Academy, the endoscopy department and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality education.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and secretarial abilities.
• Experience coordinating events or training is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Organise and coordinate endoscopy courses and training events.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and internal departments.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support for Academy meetings.
• Maintain financial records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate patient lists for training activities and prepare training facilities.
• Support the delivery of virtual meetings and training sessions.
