Job summary

Beach Partnership III is seeking a hands-on events coordinator to guide clients from initial enquiry through to on-the-ground execution. You will split time between sales activity and coordinating events, especially weddings, during peak season.

You will work closely with the Event Manager, kitchen and bar teams, solving problems live and ensuring the experience delivered matches what was sold.

Qualifications

• Want to be involved in the whole events process, from sale to execution
• Experience as a duty manager/events/supervisory role preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with new enquiries and sales leads, following up clients and helping close bookings
• Manage the administration and handover required to turn bookings into successful events
• Run events on the ground - primarily weddings - working alongside the Event Manager, Head Chef, bar and wait teams
• Deal directly with clients and guests, solving problems in real time
• Ensure the experience sold is the experience delivered
• Undertake Duty Manager responsibilities
• Assist with the administration and delivery of smaller group functions
