Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Sydney is seeking an Integrated Producer to bring creative ideas to life across integrated campaigns, content, shoots, events and experiences. You will manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

You’ll work closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Services and external partners, thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' experience in a production role within a creative agency, production company or similar environment.
• Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, content, film and experiential.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, schedules and production resources.
• A proactive, solutions-focused collaborator who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, content, film, experiential, print and OOH.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets and production plans, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client Services teams, while coordinating suppliers, freelancers and production partners.
• Lead the logistics and execution of shoots, content captures, events and activations, including on-site production support.
• Proactively manage risks, budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality production outcomes.
