Job summary

Advanced Design Technology Pty Ltd, based in Fyshwick, Canberra, seeks a proactive Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier engagement and inventory support for projects and the organisation. The role reports to the Program Manager and may include relocation support within Australia for the right candidate.

Candidates must have the right to work in Australia and NV1 clearance eligibility is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement or supply chain coordination, preferably in electronics.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, quotations and purchase orders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Experience documenting procurement records and supplier details.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement from purchasing to receipt of goods and services.
• Improve and implement procurement best practices and inventory management.
• Support RFP, RFQ and other proposal activities.
• Maintain secure supply chain practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers.
