Job summary

Compas PTY in Canberra is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement for cyber and technology programs at an EL1 level. You will engage with senior stakeholders, manage market engagements, tenders, contracts and ensure compliance with procurement rules.

The role requires strong probity, financial alignment across funding sources, and experience with AusTender, BuyICT, DS4P and SAP. This is a 12-month contract with extension potential and requires NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering complex Commonwealth procurement and contract management.
• Expert knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, procurement governance, probity and the PGPA framework.
• Experience managing financial alignment across funding sources.
• Experience with procurement/financial systems such as AusTender, BuyICT, DS4P and SAP.

This EL1-level opportunity will suit an experienced procurement professional who can lead complex end-to-end procurement, provide strategic commercial advice, manage financial and probity requirements, and work confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Essential Tasks
