The K'gari (Fraser Island) team is seeking a payroll expert to own end-to-end payroll for Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari Beach Resort, and related operations. You will ensure accurate, on-time pay in line with Australian legislation and enterprise agreements, while partnering with leaders on rostering and compliance.

You will become the Dayforce pro for the business, driving process improvements, controls and reporting across multi-site hospitality operations.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Fair Work requirements.
• Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
• Advanced Dayforce payroll experience.
• Payroll auditing, compliance and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate and timely end-to-end payroll across multi-site workforce.
• Provide advice on Awards, Agreements and employee entitlements.
• Manage Dayforce payroll, time and attendance processes.
• Review payroll data and identify compliance risks.
• Improve payroll systems, controls and reporting processes.
