Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Customer Operations & Billing Analyst to join a busy client account team. Based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, the role drives end-to-end post-sales support across sales, service and delivery functions.

You will coordinate billing activities, respond to customer enquiries, and produce reports and insights from multiple systems. Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain and order management processes.
• Proficiency with financial reporting tools and Excel; knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is useful.
• Familiarity with vendor procurement portals and purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate and manage client requirements ensuring alignment with internal processes and contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain management of high‑value orders for major accounts.
• Monitor orders, billing activities, inventory levels and key operational reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, vendors and customers to resolve post-sales issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor activities to support efficient delivery.
