IT Magnet Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a software engineer who will shape client problems from the first conversation through production. You will prototype with AI, build full‑stack solutions, and own end‑to‑end delivery with real users.

You'll work with Python, C#, or TypeScript, discuss AI feasibility with clients, and collaborate with consultants and a solution architect. This is a hands-on role at a consultancy that delivers mission‑critical applications across industries.

Competenze

• 2 to 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience building something with LLM APIs that went beyond a demo.
• Comfortable in client conversations and able to ask clarifying questions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is helpful.

Mansioni

• Participate in requirements gathering with consultants and solution architects
• Assess technical feasibility and AI applications for client problems
• Prototype with large language models, retrieval, agents and automation
• Build full stack solutions through to deployment and support
• Own end-to-end delivery of software solutions
• Explain technical trade-offs in plain language to clients
