Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker - SIL to empower participants to live life on their terms. You'll deliver personal care, build connections, and support independence in participants' homes and community settings.

• Hold CPR and First Aid certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Driver's license and insured vehicle are essential.
• Willing to work across a 24/7 rostering including overnights & weekends.
