Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients to build confidence and develop job-readiness skills, connecting them with meaningful employment opportunities.

You will collaborate with employers and internal teams, maintain compliant records, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve sustainable outcomes. Full training is provided and the role emphasises integrity, empathy and determination.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is desirable.
• No Employment Services experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
