You’ll work within a values-driven team that prioritises integrity, compassion, and thriving together across Australia.

No prior Employment Services experience required; full training provided. You’ll help clients navigate barriers, maintain records, and collaborate with partners to link them to suitable

Qualifications

• You don’t need Employment Services experience; full training is provided.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with requirements.
