atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate and motivated Job Coach to support clients in achieving meaningful employment across Australia. You’ll empower individuals to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills, and connect with employers through our Employer Engagement team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
