Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support Home Care clients in Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast. You will deliver personal care, grooming, and home assistance to help clients stay independent and engaged.

The role requires Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, valid Australian work rights, a police check, First Aid/CPR, and a driver license with access to a vehicle. We offer a caring team, flexible shifts, and not-for-profit benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• Australian work rights; police check within the last 3 years.
• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain; driver licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming and showering.
• Assist clients with transport to appointments and at-home activities.
• Carry out domestic assistance as part of daily duties.
• Engage clients in social activities as required.
