Job summary

Central Coast Living Options (CCLO Living) is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers for permanent part-time and casual roles across the Central Coast. You will provide care and support to empower independence, with duties including SIL, community inclusion, in-home care, and high-support environments.

Eligibility includes Certificate III/IV in Disability, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and a NSW driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Essential: Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently across SIL settings.
• Promote community inclusion, social participation and connections.
• Provide in-home care and personal support to foster autonomy.
