Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate 111 in Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Check clearance preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required or willing to obtain.
• Current Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to residents with disabilities, including daily living activities.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and developing life skills.
• Accompany residents to appointments, social activities and community outings.
• Build positive relationships with residents based on respect, dignity and understanding of their needs.
