Life Without Barriers in Perth is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker for casual shifts across Morley, Dianella and nearby suburbs. You will support people with disability to access respite, lifestyle and community activities, building person-centred plans and encouraging independence.

Experience with disability, personal care, and documentation is preferred. The role requires flexibility, a First Aid/CPR certificate, and willingness to work across varied daytime and early evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disability.
• Experience with behaviour support plans.
• Experience with personal care and manual handling.
• Strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
• A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
