Zusammenfassung

Love and Care Disability Services – Hurstville NSW is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to assist across community access, daily living and SIL services. Roles require flexibility for 24/7 operations, with shifts from 2 to 10 hours and weekend work when needed.

You will support participants to achieve goals, develop independence and participate in meaningful activities while maintaining clear records and collaborating with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) required or commitment to complete within six months of employment.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
• National Police Check current.
• Working With Children Check current where required.
• First Aid Certificate current.
• Current driver's licence.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support.

Aufgaben

• Support participants with personal care, daily living tasks and household activities.
• Encourage life skills development, independence and confidence.
• Support social inclusion, community participation and meaningful activities.
• Assist participants to work toward personal goals in line with their NDIS plans.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants, families and staff.
