Job summary

Equality Disability and Health Care Services Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Narrabeen NSW, Sydney region. You will provide person-centred support, daily living assistance, and compassionate care to clients with disabilities to help them achieve independence.

Role includes personal care, medication management, mobility support, and community engagement, with full-time hours and competitive salary of 75,000–85,000 AUD per year.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centred support and daily living assistance.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain records.
• Assist with transfers, mobility aids and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance for clients with disabilities.
• Medication administration and adherence monitoring.
• Daily living support including meal prep and housekeeping.
• Emotional support and companionship to promote wellbeing.
• Care planning with clients, families, and health professionals.
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Community integration through appointments and activities.
• Record keeping of care activities and health changes.
