Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Wesley Vale, TAS is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Practitioner to join our Accommodation and Respite service on a permanent part-time basis. The role offers around 20 hours per week across various shifts, delivering person-centred care in a domestic setting.

You will support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, and medication administration to help them live as independently as possible.

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support in a domestic setting.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
