Opal HealthCare is seeking a values-led General Manager for Stanmore Place Care Community in Sydney's Inner West to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You will partner with clinical leaders to foster a home-like environment where residents feel safe and connected.

Supported by a multidisciplinary team, you will own performance across care quality, financials and compliance while building strong relationships with residents, families and the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment such as aged care, health or community services.
• Ability to inspire and develop teams and foster an engaged, high-performing culture.
• Commercial acumen with a commitment to quality care and financial stewardship.
• Exceptional communication skills with a visible, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management.
• AHPRA registration or relevant qualifications/experience in a related field.
