• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a regulated, service-led environment.

• Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a high-performing, values-led culture.
• Own performance outcomes across care quality, financials, compliance and resident experience.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, team members and the local community.
