Empire Group in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer with 2-3 PQE to join the Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team. You will advise a diverse client base on employment, workplace relations and safety matters, with exposure to advisory work and some litigation, though the practice is predominantly advisory.

You will work closely with a Partner and an experienced team, building trusted client relationships and delivering commercially focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' post-admission experience in employment or workplace relations law.
• Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
