Job summary

LOD is seeking Employment Lawyers to join our team for secondment opportunities across government and private practice in NSW. The role requires experience in employment & industrial relations law, workplace investigations, Fair Work matters, and related litigation.

With NSW practising certificate, you will draft clear, concise legal advice and documentation, manage complex stakeholder and employee relations, and provide practical guidance on enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• A current NSW practising certificate.
• Experience advising on employment, industrial relations, workplace investigations, discrimination, WHS, or related workplace matters.
• Strong drafting skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and practical legal advice, correspondence and employment-related documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work and enterprise agreements
• Skilled in managing complex stakeholder and employee relations matters
