The ideal candidate will have experience in Employment & Industrial Relations law, workplace investigations, Fair Work matters, and employment-related litigation.

We provide secondment opportunities near public transport routes and allow on-site or remote working with flexible full-time or part-time assignments.

Qualifications

• Current NSW practising certificate.
• Experience advising on employment, industrial relations, workplace investigations, discrimination, WHS, or related workplace matters.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to prepare clear legal advice and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder and employee relations matters.
