Gilbert + Tobin is seeking an Employment lawyer to join our Sydney, Melbourne or Perth office. You will work closely with partners and advise on a broad range of matters, including employment litigation, investigations, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and industrial relations, as well as workplace change and safety investigations.

The role requires 3+ years PQE in employment or workplace law, with ability to write clear advice, strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to build client

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years’ post-qualification experience in employment or workplace law, including advisory and litigation experience.
• Ability to write clear and effective advice.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions.
• The ability to build effective client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Employment litigation across the Fair Work Commission, tribunals and courts.
• Workplace investigations and whistleblower matters.
• Employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Employment contracts, policies and industrial relations matters.
• Workplace change, performance management and termination matters.
• Workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions.
