Job summary

Naiman Clarke is seeking an Employment Special Counsel/Partner to lead and manage the Employment Law practice within the firm. You will provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment matters and develop and maintain strong client relationships.

You will mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff, contribute to business development and marketing initiatives, and drive growth while upholding a collegiate, sociable team culture and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Special Counsel/Partner level (8+ PQE) required.
• Australian legal qualification/admission required.
• Experience in all areas of employment law from a recognised team/firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Employment Law practice within the firm.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
