Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Sydney seeks an experienced Employment Law Partner to join and grow an established practice. You will advise and represent plaintiff and defendant clients across a broad range of contentious and advisory matters, with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will mentor junior lawyers, lead business development, and shape the employment team’s direction while enjoying flexible working arrangements and a collaborative culture that rewards merit and performance.

Qualifications

• Established Partner or senior employment lawyer ready to move into a leadership role.
• Strong experience across advisory and contentious employment matters.
• Demonstrated experience running and litigating disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent plaintiff and defendant clients in employment matters.
• Manage your own practice and contribute to the growth of the employment team.
• Lead business development and maintain senior client relationships.
