APM group in Gosford, NSW, is seeking an Employment Consultant to support participants through the Workforce Australia program, helping them prepare for, find and sustain employment. You will build confidence, identify individual strengths, and craft innovative pathways to overcome barriers to work.

You will advocate for inclusive hiring practices, establish partnerships with local employers, and celebrate placements big and small, contributing to a more inclusive community and sustainable
