APM Employment Services in Casuarina, NT is seeking an Employment Consultant to help participants prepare for, find and sustain employment within the Workforce Australia program. You will connect with job seekers and local employers to create meaningful opportunities.

Join a diverse team that values inclusion and impact. You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with training, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities across our global network.

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Must hold a current driver’s licence and have a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Must have a MyGovID (Standard level).
• Must be willing to complete a National Police Check.
• Must be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

• Find the perfect match – support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
• Boost Confidence – help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose.
• Shake Things Up – provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring participants have the tools and support for success.
• Advocating – act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
• Celebrate the Moments That Matter – celebrate successful placements, big and small, with participants.
• Building lasting connections – form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion.
