Job summary

APM is hiring an Employment Consultant for our Young NSW site within the Workforce Australia Program. You will identify employment opportunities for participants and pair them with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

The role focuses on confidence-building, innovative problem-solving, and sustainable job placements. We welcome applicants who are compassionate, a natural connector, and able to create pathways to successful employment for a wide range of participants.
