APM Employment Services is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Maleny, QLD site within the Workforce Australia Program. You will connect participants with employers who understand their strengths and create pathways to meaningful work.

You’ll champion diversity and inclusion, build partnerships with local businesses, and help participants secure lasting employment through practical support and tailored opportunities.

• Ability to identify and create employment pathways for participants.
