We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Coach to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team based in Edgeworth. This Part-Time - 3 days per week opportunity has become available due to an internal career progression, reflecting Mai-Wel's commitment to developing and supporting our people.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building strong relationships and supporting individuals to identify strengths, address barriers and achieve their employment goals through a personalised, strengths-based approach.
As an Employment Coach (IEA), you'll support people to build confidence, develop skills, overcome barriers and secure meaningful, sustainable employment. Working closely with participants, employers, training providers, and community partners, you'll help people identify opportunities aligned with their strengths and goals, prepare for work, secure employment opportunities, and to thrive in the workplace.
