Aware Super is seeking a Consultant to deliver high-quality, end-to-end member administration and case management services. You will resolve queries, support employers, and ensure services meet regulatory requirements, reflecting our Members First mindset.

Formación

• RG146 qualification in superannuation or Cert IV/Diploma in Superannuation is desirable.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in superannuation or administration.
• Strong understanding of superannuation legislation and regulatory frameworks (APRA, ASIC, ATO).
• Proven ability to manage complex queries and deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
• Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.

• Support quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy and service excellence.

Your New Role

As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end service experience across member administration, case management and employer support. You’ll be the problem-solver who investigates, resolves and improves, ensuring every interaction reflects our Members First mindset.

• Manage end-to-end administration and case resolution for members, employers and third parties;
• Investigate and resolve queries, exceptions and complex transactions;
• Process member onboarding, account servicing and super transactions;
• Provide outbound support to members and employers where required;
